The oppressive heat kept us from staying as long as we would’ve liked, but we spent a few hours today at the zoo in Birmingham. We saw some favorites, but also enjoyed a few unique zoo experiences including watching a dancing sea lion, feeding two enormous giraffes, and riding on a one-ton camel. Below are a few highlights.
