Ingredients

3.5 cups wam water (2c, 4 tbs, 2.25c)
1.5 tsp salt
1 cup oil
6 tbsp yeast (4)
3/4 cup sugar or honey (1/2)
3 eggs (2)*
10.5 cups flour (7)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Using a stand mixer (or whisk), combine water, oil, yeast and sugar. Allow mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
- With a dough hook, mix in salt, eggs and 2 cups of flour until combined. Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time.
