Ingredients:
3 lbs. potatoes, thinly sliced (about 10 cups)
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced fresh thyme, optional
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with cream, salt, pepper and, if desired, thyme. Transfer to a greased 9×13″ baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, 45-55 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
