Ingredients

5-6 saltine crackers

1/4 cup butter

1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Place crackers on a baking sheet. Spread peanut butter on each cracker. Top with mini marshmallows are lightly browned.

Notes

It’s easy to burn these melty treats under the boiler, and boiler temperatures vary by model. Keep a close eye on the crackers, and don’t let them stay in more then 2 minutes.
