Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp coriander
2 apples, sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the apple slices and cook a few minutes. Add the honey, cinnamon, coriander and, if desired, raisins and walnuts. Continue to cook, stirring gently until apples are tender, about 20 mins.
